Gp Capt Ashok is an alumnus of Sainik School Tilaiya, NIT Rourkela, Air Force Technical College, Defence Institute of Armament Technology, Punjab University and MDI Gurgaon. He is a post graduate mechanical engineer, has an MBA in HR from Punjab University Chandigarh, and has done aeronautical engineering from Air Force Technical College. He has proven in the realms of leadership in defence procurement, project management, and strategic planning. With vast international experience and a deep understanding of defence offsets and acquisition procedures, he has successfully led multi-million-dollar defence and aerospace projects. His IAF experience is centred around MRO, Technical Documentation, New Platforms Induction, Leadership Development and Duplication, and operational experience as a Flight Engineer on Transport Aircraft.

A seasoned aerospace and composites expert with over 24 years of industrial experience, Rajesh B. Jagtap specializes in advanced composite manufacturing, facility development, and business operations in the aerospace and defence sectors. As the Managing Director of Triaster Metaloplast Pvt. Ltd. and a key advisor to multiple organizations, he has led major projects with global leaders like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, and Israel Aerospace Industries. Rajesh has developed over 25 innovative composite products and spearheaded the establishment of cutting-edge manufacturing facilities, earning certifications such as AS9100 and ISO14000.

An accomplished aerospace and defence consultant with nearly a decade of expertise, Bharath Sriraman has spearheaded innovations in drone and anti-drone technologies, advanced loitering systems, and aerospace manufacturing excellence. As the founder of Aeroastra Technologies and co-founder of Alternative Senses Pvt. Ltd., he has been pivotal in driving technology transfer and strategic growth for MSMEs and SMEs. An Aeronautical Engineer & a Lean Six Sigma-certified professional, Bharath combines technical acumen, business development leadership, and a passion for emerging technologies to shape the future of the aerospace and defence industry. Bharath is associated as a life member with The Aeronautical Society of India (Ae.S.I ), The Rotary Wing Society of India (R.W.S.I), CENJOWS(Centre for Joint Warfare Studies – A MoD Tri-services Think Tank) & is a Founding Secretary of Advanced Air Mobility Association for Innovation(AAMAI). Bharath is also a DGCA certified RPAS/drone pilot.
